RPC Data, together with Oracle Corporation, is hosting a "Bootcamp" training program for Systems Analysts and software developers who have experience or training with Oracle or other developement packages, or want to develop a career as an Oracle software development consultant.

Bryan MacKenzie, Assistant GM of RPC Data, said in a statement; "Like the Apps Bootcamp in August and September, this training course will be offered to selected candidates who have been able to prove capability, dedication and enthusiasm. Candidates will need to submit their applications before September 25th, at which time a selection will be made to fill the limited places available, and candidates will then have 5 days in which they must confirm, or give up the opportunity."

A significant commitment will be required. The program, which includes courses in Oracle relational database technologies, Java programming, modelling, portal development, administration, and object orientated analysis and design; will take 8 weeks of full day training.
