Mompati Nwako

Acting Group Managing Director

Mompati was appointed Executive Director of RPC Data in November 2005 after thirteen years in the public service; most recently as Director of Budget Administration in the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. Previously he had served articles after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting) and later a post graduate diploma with the Chartered Insititute of Public Finance Accountants. He has served in a number of multi-nationals at a senior management level. This diverse experience is now being brought to bear in the software giant.

Komal Rao
Group Sales Manager

Komal has a B.Comm in Accountancy, and Diplomas in Sales and Marketing Management. His philosophy is that true customer satisfaction is only achieved in a long term relationship and his career successes have come through this approach; it involves a sincere attempt to understand the motivation a prospective client might have for evaluating new products, then ensuring that their solution is appropriate in design and price. Komal insists that a sale is only the beginning, and he commits most of his time to developing the relationship between RPC Data and existing customers, ensuring that they are provided with more than the services and support they expect.

Meyyappan Venkatachalam

Group Consulting Manager

Meyyappan joined RPC in June 2000 as a senior Project Manager and was appointed as Consulting Manager in June 2004. He obtained a BE in Electronics and Communication at Barathiar University, Coimbatore, and MS Software Systems at BITS, Pilani. In his role as Consulting Manager, Meyyappan takes personal interest, and often direct responsibility, for ensuring that his team of over forty consultants and support professionals deliver client expectations on time and on budget.

Tarisai Masenda

Finance Manager

Tarisai is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe), who served his articles with Ernst and Young. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) and a registered member of the Botswana Institute of Accountants (BIA). He has an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (BCOMPT-Honours) from UNISA and is currently in the process of registering with the Public Accountant and Auditors Board (PAAB) as well as IFAC.Tarisai joined the company in October 2009 from KPMG Botswana, and has over 9 years experience in diverse industries including roles of Finance Manager and Audit Manager, inter alia. Tarisai’s technical competence coupled with his above average analytical skills make him an invaluable asset to the company with regards to managing the finances of the company as well ensuring compliance to the internal control environment.
