Discoverer for administrators

Class times are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M
This course introduces students to administering Discoverer 4.1, which is a part of Oracle 9i Developer Suite. As a Discoverer administrator, students learn to create and customize the End User Layer, to create business areas and folders, and to define analytical facilities for end users. Students also learn to grant and control user access to the End User Layer, and use Oracle 8i materialized views and automated summary management in Discoverer 4.1. In addition, students become familiar with the architecture of Discoverer 4i Plus and the Discoverer 4i Viewer.
