Gaborone, Botswana 08-04-2016 – RPC Data Limited (RPC), Botswana’s leading ICT Solutions Provider announced today that it has closed significant further business with KenolKobil Limited Kenya following a successful implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 at KenolKobil’s Head Office.
Mr. Rob Pool, Executive Chairperson, RPC said, “The project was a complex endeavor with stringent timelines and a number of modules that in normal circumstances would been implemented as individual projects.” He further added, “The success of the project is a monumental achievement for RPC as it has been the most complicated ERP implementation outside of Botswana which continues to bring foreign currency into the country, in addition to providing valuable exposure to our citizen professionals in the regional market.”
Being a leading ERP solutions implementation business from Botswana, RPC was the first choice for this project. RPC began working with KenolKobil in 2013 when it implemented a small project on currency rebasing for its Zambian business. Currently not just has it successfully implemented this system at its headquarters, it is rolling this implementation to all its subsidiaries across Africa.
